❹ 最終確定日程表発送(Dispatch of the Final Itinerary)
出発の3日前までに最終確定日程表及び案内パンフレット等を送付させていただきます。
The final itinerary will be emailed to the client.

❺ 旅行出発当日(Travel Departure Day)
最終確定日程表に記載された集合時間までにご集合ください。
Please gather at the meeting point and time designated in the final itinerary. Temperature checks will be conducted during check-in, so please be aware of this in advance.

Guide for Domestic Tour Application

アールエイチ企画国内旅行条件(要約)お申し込みいただく際に、このページのご案内や注意事項を必ずお読みください。

RH-Planning Domestic Travel Conditions (Summary): When applying for this trip, please make sure to read the information and notes on this page.

■この旅行はアールエイチ企画(以下「当社」という)が旅行を企画して実施するものであり、お客様は当社と募集型企画旅行契約(以下「契約」という)を締結することになります。また、契約の内容・条件は、各コースごとに記載されている条件のほか、本旅行条件書、出発前にお渡しする確定書面(行程ご案内)及び当社旅行業約款募集型旅行契約の部によります。

■This trip is organized and conducted by RH-Planning (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), and customers will enter into a contracted tour arrangement agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) with the Company. The details and conditions of the agreement are specified for each course, and also by the conditions stated, the travel conditions document, the finalized document (itinerary guide) provided before departure, and the Company’s travel business terms and conditions for contracted tour arrangements.

■旅行のお申し込み及び契約成立:上記申込みページから所定事項を入力し、当社が旅行代金を受領した時に成立いたします。

■ Application for travel contracts and their conclusions: The contract will be formed when the customer completes the required information on the application form and the Company receives the travel cost.

■取消料:旅行の契約の成立後、お客様のご都合で旅行を取消される場合には、旅行代金に対しておひとりにつき下記の料率で取消料をいただきます。

■ Cancellation Fee: If the client cancels the travel contract for personal reasons, the cancellation rates listed below will apply. In addition, clients remaining in the tour may incur the balance of additional per room costs associated with the change in the number of participants.

■注意事項:①人数が最少催行人数に満たない場合は中止することもありますのでご了承ください。この場合当該旅行実施日の10日前までに当該旅行を中止する旨お客様にご連絡いたします。②全コース車内禁煙とさせていただきます。

■ Important Points: ① Please note that the trip may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, the Company will notify the customer of the cancellation by 10 days prior to the trip date.② Smoking is strictly prohibited on all courses.

■旅行代金に含まれるもの:旅行日程に明示した運送機関の運賃、料金、食事代、体験料、宿泊費、旅行取扱料金及び消費税など諸税を含んでいます。

■ Services Included in the Tour Fare: The tour fare includes transportation fares, fees, meal expenses, experience fees, accommodation, travel handling fees, and applicable taxes such as consumption taxes, those as specified in the Final Tour Itinerary.

■旅行条件基準日:2023年10月1日現在
〈個人情報の取扱〉当社は、旅行申込みの際に提出された申込書等に記載された個人情報について、お客様との間の連絡のために利用させていただくほか、お客様がお申込みいただいた旅行において運送･宿泊機関等の提供するサービスの手配及びそれらのサービスの受領のための手続きに必要な範囲以内で利用させていただきます。この他、１:イベントやキャンペーンのご案内２:旅行参加後のご意見やご感想のご提供のお願い　３：アンケートのお願い４：統計資料の作成　５：ツアーの様子を撮影した写真･動画及びお伺いした参加者のご感想はHP･紙媒体への掲載にお客様の個人情報を利用させていただく事があります。

■ Privacy Policy Date: As of October 1st, 2023.

<Handling of Personal Information> The company will use personal information provided in the tour application forms and other documents for communicating with the client and for arranging transportation and accommodations to provide the services requested.

In addition, the Company may use personal information for the following purposes:

1) Providing information on events and campaigns,
2) Requesting feedback and opinions after participating in the trip,
3) Conducting surveys,
4) Creating statistical data,
5) We may use photos, videos captured during the tour, and feedback for publication on our website and print media.

■その他の事項に付いては当社の「旅行約款」によります。

■Regarding other matters, they will be governed by our “Travel Terms and Conditions.”
